Club 19 has introduced a weekly pre-paid weekly meeting card. Members pre-purchase by direct debit for $72 a card which has 18 pre marked meetings. Its designed to make it easier for the treasurer so that instead of weekly collection of the meeting fees, a member has marked off attendance at the meeting.

This may be worth considering for your club to move to a cashless basis of handling fees and payments.
